The cucumber diet menu is quite simple: for breakfast, lunch and dinner you should eat a salad consisting of two cucumbers, sour cream and herbs. You can also add pepper or other spices to taste (but not salt!). It is also allowed to eat a small piece of black bread. After each meal, you can drink a cup of tea or coffee. If you are hungry before bed, eat a boiled egg. You can sit on such a diet from three days to a week.
