Lubricate the bottom and walls of the form with butter or cover with parchment, pour the mass into the form. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients: 500g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp. semolina, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp vanillin, 1 tbsp. dried cranberries.
Preparation: Separate the whites from the yolks. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt to soft peaks. Mix cottage cheese with yolks, semolina, sugar, vanilla, washed and dried cranberries. Gently fold the egg whites into the curd mass. Bake the casserole in a parchment-lined pan for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients: 600g cottage cheese, 250ml milk, 100-150g sugar, 2 eggs, 50g starch, 1 tsp. vanillin, 100g candied fruits and nuts, butter.
Preparation: separate the whites from the yolks, rub the yolks with cottage cheese. Add milk, mix, add sugar and vanillin, starch, mix again, add finely chopped candied fruit. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add to the curd, mix gently. Line the form with parchment, lay out the curd mass, put pieces of butter on top. Bake for about an hour at 180°C.
