Ingredients: 500g cottage cheese, 3 eggs, 5 tbsp. semolina, 3 tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp vanillin, 1 tbsp. dried cranberries.

Gently fold the egg whites into the curd mass. Bake the casserole in a parchment-lined pan for 45 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients: 600g cottage cheese, 250ml milk, 100-150g sugar, 2 eggs, 50g starch, 1 tsp. vanillin, 100g candied fruits and nuts, butter.

Whisk the egg whites until stiff, add to the curd, mix gently. Line the form with parchment, lay out the curd mass, put pieces of butter on top. Bake for about an hour at 180°C.
