When Elsa gets ready for Fashion Week, she works out in the classic Dogpound gym, trainers Kirk Myers and Dara Hart’s gym in New York City, where most models work out before big shows. An individual training plan is selected for each model, but it mainly consists of a combination of cardio (running and jump rope) and strength exercises with body weight and light dumbbells (up to 5 kg). Large weight models are contraindicated, as they make the muscles voluminous. So, the bulk of the exercises are balancing on the steps and fitballs, working with the weight of your body.
However, in this mode, Hosk only works out once a year, and the rest of the time she maintains her figure with daily 30-minute workouts. Especially for her subscribers, the model collaborated with the famous trainer Megan Rope, CEO of The Sculpt Society program. So, in a short time (only 30 minutes), the girls did an effective workout for the whole body: they spent 10 minutes on the press, 5 on the arms and 15 on the legs and buttocks.
