Fruits and desserts. The Table 1 diet encourages eating any ripe, soft, sweet fruits such as peaches, apricots, bananas, plums, and the like. Beverages. You can: clean water, weak tea, cocoa, juices, compotes and fruit drinks from sweet fruits and berries. You can not: sweet soda, kvass, sour drinks, coffee, alcohol.
